  • You have a diagnosed eating disorder - please reach out, and we can refer you to someone more specific to your needs.
  • You have a main goal of weight loss - this is not a weight loss program. My approach to nutrition is about nourishing, healing and supporting the body, so it can run optimally, and you can live freely & happily! If weight loss occurs as sustainable habits are created, that's amazing! However, there are so many more indicators for success, healing and health. For this reason, I do not promote weight-only goals in my practice.

 Q: Why can't I just book one session at a time?

My mission is to make sure that your goals are effectively met, and that I do my job to the best of my ability. With that said, I find that booking packages of multiple sessions allows proper time for me to help you grow while also promoting accountability on your end. :) <3

Q: Can you help me lose weight?

While changes in our body's weight may result from working together (which is amazing!), weight is not an assessment tool in my practice. I find that there are so many other more meaningful indicators of success!

Q: What's your stance on the keto diet?

If you have questions about specific foods, diets, or nutrition topics - this is the perfect reason to book a discovery call with me!!! I can help answer all your questions during sessions, appointments and check ins. Let's work together!

Q: What should I know before booking an appointment with you?

Before booking an appointment, please know that I am here to help. My sincere goal is to guide you towards your goals, and transform your relationship with food, your body and your brain into a healthy and happy one. My background focus is achieving food freedom and enhancing self love, so we break a lot of that stuff down, too!
