FAQ's about services

 Q: Why can't I just book one session at a time?

My mission is to make sure that your goals are effectively met, and that I do my job to the best of my ability. With that said, I find that booking packages of multiple sessions allows proper time for me to help you grow while also promoting accountability on your end.

Q: Can you help me lose weight?

Yes and No. Yes, we can work towards weight goals together, however we do not use weight as a singular indication of success. We also determine if weight loss is appropriate before moving forward.

Q: What's your stance on the keto diet?

If you have questions about specific foods, diets, or nutrition topics - this is the perfect reason to chat with me!!! I can help answer all your questions during sessions, appointments and check ins. Let's work together!

Q: What should I know before booking an appointment with you?

Before booking an appointment, please know that I am here to help. My sincere goal is to guide you towards your goals, and transform your relationship with food, your body and your brain into a healthy and happy one. One of my focuses is achieving food freedom and enhancing self-love, so we break a lot of that stuff down, too!
