I may be a dietitian, but I'm human, too. This means that I have experienced many of the same things you have experienced in your wellness journey, and come from a real place of understanding when working together.

Like so many others, I have had to navigate through my own turbulent wellness journey. Overly-restrictive diets, negative self-talk, poor body image, digestive troubles, health anxiety - I've been there!

  • I have dealt with the ups-and-downs of chronic digestive upset, and understand the fear and anxiety that can occur around meal times and "trigger" foods.
  • In the past, I've ordered the saddest of salads when I really wanted french fries, covered or judged my body at the beach, only ate "healthy" foods, purged meals, under-fueled for my needs, and so many other quiet-but-toxic behaviors that are sadly more common than they should be.

Coming to terms with each of these issues allowed me to become my own health advocate and speak from a place of real understanding when working with others.

Now, I'm determined to teach YOU how to live more mindfully, improve your relationship with food + your body, and re-establish healthy behaviors.

Completion of Dietetic Internship Program - Nutrition Ink Dietetic Internship Program, Distance
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Dietetics - CUNY Queens College, NY
Associates Degree in Applied Science of Dietetic Technology - SCCC, NY

Certifications:
Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RD/RDN)
Registered Yoga Instructor, 200 hours (RYT)
Kids Yoga Certification
